The staff of the Lübbenau Castle calls themselves the castle’s spirits. Being a castle spirit in the Lübbenau Castle is a bit more than just having a regular Hotel job. Many of our employees are part of the hotel staff since the start up of the Hotel in the 1990-ies and have significantly contributed to its success. This way they not only gained experience in their jobs, but also grew closely to the Lübbenau Castle and the ensemble.
